A young TikToker has died in a tragic incident in Namasuba after reportedly entering a pit latrine to retrieve his smartphone that had accidentally fallen into the facility.

He reportedly managed to reach the device and successfully picked it up.

However, tragedy struck as he attempted to climb back out of the pit.

The structure reportedly collapsed, causing him to sink deeper inside.
